REDEEMING

• Submit your redemption request
• Please allow our admins a few minutes to fulfill your request
• You will receive a confirmation email once your redemption request has been fulfilled
• Redemptions to your linked bank (if RTP or FedNOW compatible) will be available within minutes
• If you linked bank account is not RTP/FedNow compatible, please be sure you review the Bank Transfer Schedule below to determine when your funds will be available.
• Redeem up to $1,000/day via ACH/Direct Bank Transfer. If your winnings exceed the daily redemption limit, the remaining balance will be paid out over the following days until redeemed in full.
• Redemptions to alternative platforms (i.e. Venmo, etc.) will have a $500/day limit. If your winnings exceed the daily redemption limit, the remaining balance will be paid out over the following days until redeemed in full.
